IS YOUR SOAP HYPOALLERGENIC?
Our soap is made with all natural products and no detergents or surfactants, however, we make no hypoallergenic claims for our products because we have added fragrance oils, essential oils and colorants. It is impossible to know who may react to any fragrance or color. Although we have never had a complaint, as with any product, discontinue use if redness, rash, or any other allergic reaction occurs.
HOW SHOULD SOAP BE STORED?
We wrap each bar to protect it from moisture in the air, to ensure cleanliness, and to protect the delicate fragrance. Keep each bar of soap wrapped until ready to be used, and avoid excess heat. This will help ensure that the color and fragrance stay true. In addition, your soap will last longer if you use a soap dish, such as our wooden soap dish, that allows the soap to dry between uses. Nothing will dissolve a bar of soap more quickly than allowing it to sit in water.
CAN THIS SOAP BE USED ON CHILDREN?
There is no reason our soap shouldn't be safe on children, but it is not specifically formulated for use by children. Discontinue use if an allergic reaction occurs.
IF I ORDER ONLINE, WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
On standard orders, we bill your credit card only upon shipment of your order. The only exceptions are made-to-order items. This includes all wedding favor soaps and soap petals, since we make them to your specifications. All orders for soap favors and soap petals will be charged at the time of your order.

Yes, we do sell wholesale to various retailers and gift basket companies. For volume wholesale orders, please contact our offices for the latest prices.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We suggest you order a sample size, single size, or the smallest size offered of our products. This is because we cannot accept returns. Our items are cosmetic in nature, and many of them are made to order. We cannot guarantee the purity of our products after they leave our hands, and therefore could not resell any returned items. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Of course, upon receiving your order, if you find an item has been damaged in shipping, or if an error has been made in our order, please contact us immediately (no later than 7 days after receipt of your order)at 541-447-8660 or by email for a return authorization and information on returning the damaged items.
