Shipping Information: Our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible - usually in 2-3 business days; however, specialty items and items made-to-order (such as wedding favors) may take several days to make. The description of each product indicates approximately how long it takes before shipment can be made. For instance, made-to-order soap favors may take 5-7 days to make before shipment can occur. Please be aware that UPS does not ship on weekends or holidays, so transit time may be longer than indicated.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: We suggest you order a sample size, single size, or the smallest size offered of our products. This is because we cannot accept returns. Our items are cosmetic in nature, and many of them are made to order. We cannot guarantee the purity of our products after they leave our hands, and therefore could not resell any returned items. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Of course, upon receiving your order, if you find an item has been damaged in shipping, or if an error has been made in your order, please contact us immediately (no later than 7 days after receipt of your order)at 541-447-8660 or by email for a return authorization and information on returning the damaged items.
